Purpose

Purpose

Kāpiti Coast District Council is continually undertaking customer research to help it improve its products and services for residents and ratepayers. This includes surveys, interviews and activities that help us better understand the experience that people have with Council.

This session

This is a short survey (3 minutes) that aims to help us understand your experience of applying for and getting a Building Consent granted. Additionally, there is an opportunity for you to share your experience in more depth by providing your contact details for future customer research activities.

Your privacy

The information you provide is for the Regulatory Customer Experience project (and Kāpiti Coast District Council). It is intended for internal staff training and improving the customer experience. Kāpiti Coast District Council will not use any personally identifiable information in the documentation of this customer research. Information created or recorded during this project will be used for the purpose in which it is collected and will be stored and managed in accordance with the requirements in the Privacy Act 2020.
