Tax Assessment Office Staff

The City Assessor is Donna Langley, Certified New Hampshire Assessor (CNHA).

Our office staff includes the City Assessor, Assessing Clerk and Assessing Technician.

Inspections

Inspections for building permits, construction, sales, and cyclical review are conducted by Corcoran Consulting Associates, Inc., a contracted service provider. Please contact us if you have any questions regarding inspections or would like to schedule one.

Cyclical inspections currently in progress are located in the northwesterly region of the city. The general region includes sections of and side streets off of Littleworth Rd, Old Stage Rd, Columbus Ave, and Tolend Rd.
