The first step in registering any business in Afghanistan is submitting a reference letter issued from the Trade License Office, ASIA, or another license department to Afghanistan Central Business Registry (ACBR). When submitting a referral to ACBR, the following requirements should be included:
Registration fees may vary by business. The associated fees for foreign businesses are the same as for domestic businesses. ACBR issues a bill for payment of the registration fee and official gazette fee. You can pay at the Da Afghanistan Bank (Central Bank of Afghanistan) branch and at Kabul Bank, located in the Ministry of Trade and Industry.
